1. Do discuss and raise questions in the chat groups, which are created for discussing
|
|
2. Alternatively you may also text/call/contact the member directly, for more sensitive matters
|
|
3. Do reply to all YEN members when approached, regardless of chapter
|
|
|
|
### Don'ts
|
|
1. Do not ask secretaries to pass messages between you and another member
|
|
2. Do not ask secretaries to ask another member for a response
|
|
|
|
### What if
|
|
#### No response
|
|
1. If you need, but not getting a response, go to the member's immediate next level, e.g. chapter chair etc
|
|
2. After 14 days, you may register your concern with Secretariat
|
|
3. Secretariat will take note and may assist where appropriate
|
|
|
|
|
|
## Non YEN matters
|
|
### Dos
|

1. Do reply to all YEN members when approached, regardless of chapter

### Don'ts
|
|
1. Don't pester the other party if they are not replying
