Official YEN matters

Dos

1. Do reply to all YEN members when approached, regardless of chapter
2. Do discuss and raise questions in the chat groups, which are created for discussing
3. For sensitive matters, you may alternatively text/call/contact the member directly

Don'ts

1. Do not ask secretaries to pass messages between you and another member
2. Do not ask secretaries to ask another member for a response

What if

No response

1. If you need a response, but not getting one, go to the member's immediate next level, e.g. chapter chair etc
2. After 14 days, you may register your concern with Secretariat
3. Secretariat will take note and may assist where appropriate

Non YEN matters

Dos

1. Do reply to all YEN members when approached, regardless of chapter

1. Don't pester the other party if they are not replying
