Difficult requests

Booking website

1. Can hotel setup a dedicated webpage for all our members to self book, pay and check-in?
2. Many of our members will share rooms, can hotel either member to self check-in?
3. Can members book rooms from before and beyond our event dates?

Registration counter

1. Can hotel help us issue name badge and goodie bag?
2. Or can we have a registration counter in the lobby to welcome members and give out goodie bag? If not, where?

1. Can we have breakfast in the meeting room at 7am?
