  1. 为什么，选了最多人会用的系统，会带来成功？这选工具的动作，改变了什么？解决什么问题？

    以下不需回复

    • 今天YEN里，有谁不会用（操作）wechat？新加坡人是不会还是不想？
    • wechat有什么问题呢？钱，text，video，voice都可以，国外国内都可以... 问题何在？

  2. 选系统的人，必需要为执行上碰到的所有问题负责，投票的话，这个人是谁？

    以下不需回复

    • 关于工具，我反对又用投票方式来选
    • 投的群对工具认识有多少？ 全都用过吗？ 没用过的人投，跟赌有什么不同？
    • 在我眼里，这跟罚款走的错路，一摸一样（现在，是专业人士：小工，来选新的做法和制度，而不是投票）

第一點
傳承問題not they dont use, is they not "willing" to use. So no data no record. If we make them "willing" then at lease have more data and records.
第二點
1會先詢問自己公司有在使用管理工具的人，2選出兩款後給沒在用的人試用投票

Here is my final example
There r 2 kind of systems

  1. Automatic car （dingding lark trello notion......)
  2. Manual car(ur system)
    Today there is a data company want to collect big data car. Which system will they choose?
    Everyone know that manual car is more powerful and fast. But only u cc gong(talented people) can handle it. Of course me and others can drive manual too, but will easily get tired and im not willing to drive it everyday. So if the company needs big data.
    There r only few things can do. Let u cc and gong drive more and see others will follow up or not. Or just use the automatic car there might be a higher chance to get big data

    • 所以现在HQ选了一个系统，他们就会想用？因为是他们投的？
    • 那如果有人不用，负责推动他们的人是谁？秘书/秘书长吗？
    • 我个人看法：不想用是习惯问题，选什么工具都一样，干脆就保留wechat
    • 今天这gitea系统，不强制投票群人员使用，又能达到保留记录的目标，那不是一举两得吗？
    • wechat一大问题是记录保留和备份，新的工具有考量到这类问题吗？
    • 需要用到备份时，是投票人员还是秘书处来负责找方案？

  2. 我没看到答案：是谁来负责面对执行上碰到的所有问题？秘书/秘书长吗？

    • 听起来，会员公司的工具是用民主方式，大家投票选出来的？
    • 秘书处已经用IT小组，来维持系统，这个计划，有人来问，来理解，来听过吗？
    • 没有的话就投票换新的，对YEN跟好，跟安全吗？
